The Nokia 6216 classic, unfortunately, never made it to market as it was cancelled before its release. Despite this, it was designed with a thickness of 14.5mm and weighed 88g, making it a compact and lightweight device.
This feature phone offered a modest 22MB of internal storage, supplemented by a microSDHC slot for additional memory expansion. The 2.0″ display with a resolution of 240×320 pixels provided a decent viewing experience for its users.
With a 2MP camera for photos and video recording capabilities up to 480p, the Nokia 6216 classic was suitable for capturing precious moments on the go. While the device lacked RAM and a chipset, it ran on GSM and UMTS technologies for connectivity.
The phone also featured a miniSIM card slot, stereo FM radio, and NFC support. The removable Li-Ion 1000mAh battery offered up to 3 hours and 20 minutes of talk time on 2G, ensuring users stayed connected throughout the day.
Although the Nokia 6216 classic never saw the light of day in the consumer market, it was a promising device with a budget-friendly estimated price of around 150 EUR in the Coco Pearl color variant.
